What we collect. Account details, company info, loads, stop times, GPS locations at arrival and departure, photos you take, and invoice activity.

Who sees it. Only people in your company. Location is captured only when you tap “I've arrived” or “I've departed” — never in the background.

Anonymous stats. Broker payment rates and facility wait times are pooled across all users and shared anonymously. We never reveal which carrier billed which broker or visited which facility.

What we don't do. We don't sell your data. Recoup is software for carriers — not a collection agency, law firm, or factoring company.
