Terms of Service

What Recoup is. Recoup is software that helps carriers track time at shippers and receivers and send their own invoices. Invoices are issued by you, the carrier, to your customers.

What Recoup is not. Recoup is not a collection agency, law firm, or factoring company. We do not buy your receivables, give legal advice, or collect debts on your behalf.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of the loads, times, rates and invoices you create, and for complying with your rate confirmations and contracts.

Fees. On Pay-As-You-Collect, a 10% fee applies to detention collected. Pro and Fleet are billed per truck per month. Plan changes apply to invoices created after the switch.

Shared statistics. Broker and facility statistics are calculated from all users' activity and shared anonymously. They are estimates, not guarantees.
